​Dear Students, Fall Semester Course Registrations Commence!

For course registrations commencing on September 10, all students are required to adhere to the following regulatory provisions and procedures:
​1. Course Enrollment Priority: First-year curriculum courses must be completed in full. Failed courses or courses with unmet attendance requirements hold strict priority; only a single course from previous semesters may be deferred, subject to academic advisor approval and on a one-time basis only.
​2. Semester Credit Limits: Students with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) below 2.00 may register for a maximum of 36 ECTS credits, whereas students with a CGPA of 2.00 or above may register for up to 40 ECTS credits per semester.
​3. Upper-Level Course Enrollment: Students who have successfully completed their first academic year, hold no deficient courses from prior semesters, and maintain a CGPA of 3.00 or higher are eligible to enroll in upper-semester courses.
​4. Course Repetition for Grade Improvement: Courses previously completed with grades "DC" and "DD" may be repeated; however, the most recent grade earned shall officially supersede the prior grade, irrespective of the outcome.
​5. Exceeding Maximum Duration of Study: Students exceeding the statutory maximum duration of study must fulfill their tuition fee obligations prior to course registration.
​6. Fall Semester Elective Course Quotas:
​2nd-Year Curriculum: 1 elective course among YBS251, YBS252, and YBS257
​3rd-Year Curriculum: 1 elective course between YBS352 and YBS360
​4th-Year Curriculum: 2 elective courses among YBS453, YBS454, and YBS461
​7. Section Selection: For multi-section courses, students may enroll in the designated section best suited to their academic schedules, subject to capacity constraints. Given the established quota caps, prompt completion of enrollment is strongly advised.
​8. Add-Drop and Course Withdrawal Procedures: Course additions, drops, and section modifications must be executed in conjunction with the academic advisor during the designated Add-Drop period. Course withdrawal is restricted exclusively to first-time registered courses during the 10th instructional week (limited to a maximum of 1 course per semester and 6 courses throughout the entire undergraduate degree).
​9. Academic Advising Support: Students are requested to contact their appointed academic advisors regarding any academic inquiries, course selections, curriculum adjustments, credit capacities, or administrative procedures.
