Academic calendar:

All processes related to education in an academic year (university registration, course registration, exams, holidays...) are presented to the public through the academic calendar. You can access Gazi University 2023-2024 Academic Year Academic Calendar from our university homepage.

Record:

According to Gazi University 2023-2024 Academic Year Academic Calendar; Student registration to the university will be done electronically via e-government between 28-30 August 2023, and face-to-face between 28 August-1 September 2023 for those who cannot register via e-government.

Course registrations will be made online by the student through the Öğrenci Bilgi Sistemi between 21-25 September 2023.

Housing – Dormitory:

Our department is located on the central campus, and there are many state and private dormitories in the immediate vicinity. State dormitory applications are made while registering to the university via e-government. Information such as application to state dormitory, accommodation conditions, duration, and application results are available at https://kygm.gsb.gov.tr/ . You can make individual research for housing options such as private dormitories and house keeping.

Bank information:

While Halkbank provides both branch and ATM services in the central campus, only ATM services are offered by Vakıfbank and Ziraaat banks.

Location:

Department of Management Information Systems at Gazi University Faculty of Applied Sciences is located in TOKİ C-Block on the central campus.

You can access information and course contents about the Gazi MIS program from the  Bilgi Paketi link. The Information Package can be accessed from both our department and our university's website.

Course registrations will be made through the  Öğrenci Bilgi Sistemi on the dates specified in the academic calendar.
