The application and registration procedures for the “Second University Without Entrance Exam” for the associate and undergraduate degree programs offered by our university’s Faculty of Open and Distance Education will be carried out between August 11 and September 30, 2025, via https://basvuru.ankara.edu.tr.

All individuals who have graduated from associate or undergraduate degree programs of higher education institutions; those who are currently enrolled in an associate or undergraduate program; and those who will begin studying in another associate or undergraduate program this year will be able to benefit from the “Second University Without Entrance Exam” opportunity.
