Within the scope of the orientation activities organized for our Management Information Systems undergraduate program students, a visit to the Data Center was organized on October 5, 2022 with the administrative units of the Information Technologies Department of our University.

At the same time, the academic staff of our department, Head of Information Processing Department, Dr. Instructor Zafer AYAZ, gave various information on administrative units and employees, the devices in our University's Data Center, their capacities, the purpose for which they were set up and the services maintained.

In the visit event, it was informed that working as a part-time student in the Department of Information Technologies will benefit our students in their career planning, and that our students who are willing should apply as part-time students through the Student Information Center portal.

In addition, the visit ended with the taking of a photograph after the on-site examination of the New Data Center building under construction, the discussion of the problems in the existing data center, and the briefing on which problems will be resolved with the new data center.
