On December 14, 2023, a visit was organized to the Data Center of our University's Information Technology Department for first-year students of the Management Information Systems undergraduate program, as part of an orientation event under the guidance of their academic advisor Dr. Mevlüt UYSAL. During this visit, Dr. Zafer AYAZ gave detailed information to the students about the devices in our University Data Center, their capacities, purposes, and services offered.

At the same time, the new building of the Information Technology Department, which has recently become operational, was introduced and information was given about the new data center and technical infrastructure. While information was shared about the administrative structure and activities of the Presidency, the advantages of working as a part-time student in line with students' career plans were also emphasized.

In addition, Dr. Onur CERAN  serves as an information security expert in the presidency. He gave information about information security, cyber crimes, and precautions to be taken. In this informative presentation held in the seminar hall, students' questions were answered and the visit ended with a photo shoot in front of the building.
